How does it Work?

Gozoe Wireless has constructed a wireless network to service Marshall and surrounding areas. Using point-to-multipoint technology, we transmit true broadband from our main hub to towers in and around Marshall. From these towers we transmit to the client site.

A typically installation involves the following:

  • Installation is very similar to a satellite install but with a little different equipment. A radio and antenna is mounted on your home. The mount location is determined by best location for signal and cable run.  Various antenna and mount sizes are used, but the typical install includes a radio and a 3 1/2 foot Yagi antenna.

  • After the radio is mounted Cat5e cable is run from the radio to the desired location in the home.

  • The technician will then connect and setup your computer for your new Gozoe Wireless Internet connection.

Any additional equipment and charges necessary for quality service will be assessed and discussed with the customer.  The standard $99.00 installation includes a cable drop to one room--any additional cable runs will be extra.

Wireless Networking for your home or office.

A wireless network in your home must be setup via a wireless router. Gozoe Wireless will set up a wireless router for your in-home network if the proper equipment is on site during installation. After the initial setup, Gozoe Wireless is not responsible for your in-home or office network.

You can purchase a wireless router at any local Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc. We recommend Linksys brand routers for quality, durability, and usability.
