Q: I am looking for high-speed Internet, what are my options?
A: DSL, Cable, Wireless, or Satellite.

Q: How does Gozoe Wireless compare to DSL, Cable, and Satellite?
A: DSL is brought to you via the phone lines in your home. Gozoe Wireless must install equipment and run cable in order for you to use our service. DSL usually has a much lower startup and monthly cost however, depending on where you live, they may not be able to offer you the same speeds that we offer.

As with DSL, Cable generally has lower startup and monthly costs and is usually only offered within the city limits.  Most DSL and Cable companies you are going to deal with are large scale corporate companies which means hours spent on hold or wading your way through automated answering systems and waiting days or even weeks for service or repair. With Gozoe Wireless, which is locally owned and operated, there are no automated answering services so you get a more personal experience and most outages are resolved within 24 hours or less.

Although extreme winds and storms can have adverse effects on our equipment and therefore service, cloud coverage and normal winds and rain do not affect our service as it does satellite. Our service has very low latency, or delay, compared to satellite so you get a more steady, consistent, and reliable service. Also, most satellite providers have usage caps at which your service may be terminated for a period of time.

Q: What is download?
A: To download means to receive. Whether you are receiving mail, information from a webpage, or a file from someone, you are receiving information brought to you from someone somewhere.

Q: What is upload?
A: Upload basically means to send. You can send pictures, files, video, almost any information from your computer to someone or somewhere else.
