that the broadband service I am going to receive
from Gozoe Wireless L.L.P. is not only the latest
in technology and quality, but that it has been cleaned
via the best known filtering product on the market
today. I will not try to fix any physical
equipment without being expressly told to do so by
a member of the Gozoe Wireless L.L.P. technical staff. I
will not remove or move any equipment from my house
or building without first contacting Gozoe Wireless
L.L.P. All customers on the rental program
will of course be responsible for all costs involved
with equipment if they should become 14 days delinquent
of paying their monthly bill. Costs incurred
will be not more than the following: removal of equipment
from property $65, disconnect charge for breaking
lease $200 and if equipment is intentionally damaged
or lost equipment cost is $500. The filtering
process will include the prevention of any illegal
file sharing to take place via systems such as Kazaa
or Morpheous etc. I also understand that the
filtering process will prevent any pornography, recreational
nudity, adult material and swimsuit/lingerie from
passing through to any customers on the Gozoe Wireless
L.L.P. network. I understand that I do not
desire nor plan on receiving this material to enter
my home or business through Gozoe Wireless L.L.P. I
do understand that there will be an override username
and password that I will be able to bypass the filtering
system in case it filters a site I believe to be
by mistake that I may desire or need to contact. I
further understand that the activity via web-sites
only will be reported and kept for 14 days at Gozoe
Wireless L.L.P. which will not be monitored unless
I or an authorized person from my home or business
requests that information. I understand that
under no circumstances will this information be available
nor shared with anyone other than an authorized person
listed on this agreement. We Gozoe Wireless
L.L.P. do hereby declare that all information submitted
by you the undersigned will remain private under
our Privacy Policy stated on our web-site at all
time located at www.gozoe.com . Gozoe
Wireless L.L.P. is committed to the safety and privacy
of its customers.
Gozoe Wireless L.L.P. does not provide
email at this time, it will be the customers responsibility
to get a free web-based email account using
any of your choice. If you would like to be
contacted via email you will then need to send us
that email address to: customersupport@gozoe.com and
request to be placed on our email contact list.
