1. You understand and accept these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and agree to pay for these services in advance. Payment date will be the date of sign-up. The $15 Activation Fee is non-refundable.
   
2. There will be a five (5) day grace period before your service is disconnected for non-payment. If payment is not received by that date you will be required to pay a $10 reconnect fee. Termination of your account does not remove your responsibility under this agreement to pay all fees incurred up to the date the account was canceled, including any collection fees incurred by GoZOE.COM.
   
3. Customers taking advantage of the 6 or 12 month discounted rates will have 14 days from sign-up date to cancel service for any reason and will incur a $15 administrative fee. Balance will be refunded to them within 30 days. After 14 days has passed there will be no refunds for any reason.
   
4. GoZOE.COM makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty or merchant ability of fitness of this service for a particular purpose. GoZOE.COM takes no responsibility for any damages suffered by you including, but not limited to: loss of data from delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by GoZOE.COM’s own negligence, or your errors and/or omissions.
   
5. GoZOE.COM’s services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any US or state regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secrets. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoZOE.COM from any claims resulting from your use of this service, which damages you or another party. At our discretion, we may revoke your access for inappropriate usage. Internet access may not be resold.
   
6. Use of any information obtained via this service is at your own risk. GoZOE.COM specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through our services.
   
7. Non-commercial users may have a 3MB Personal Home Page at no cost. There is a fee for Commercial Home Pages. Contact GoZOE.COM for pricing.
   
8. If you use another organization’s networks or computing resources, you are subject to their respective permission and usage policies.
   
9. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. A current copy will always be available on-line through our Home Page. Continued usage of your account after a new policy has gone into effect constitutes acceptance of that policy. We encourage you to regularly check the policy statement for any changes.
   
10. You will notify GoZOE.COM of any changes in account contact information, such as your address or phone number.
    
11. Only household family members may use your account. Violation of this policy is grounds for revoking your access.
    
12. Unlimited on-line access is not dedicated and constitutes the following guidelines: Any users showing no activity for 20 minutes will be disconnected from the service. Use of a ping or “keep alive” program, auto emailing, or any other means to circumvent this process by any User is strictly prohibited and may result in account being terminated due to abuse! There is a mandatory 4-hour continuous use session limit. This means that if a User is online for a continuous period of 4 hours, User is subject to an automatic disconnect. User may immediately dial back into the service after either type of disconnects. GoZOE.COM reserves the right to adjust these limits or include additional limits as GoZOE.COM feels is necessary to maintain network integrity.
    
13. GoZOE.COM is not responsible for any long distance charges incurred by you the User.
    
14. GoZOE.COM reserves the right to limit the number of outgoing mail recipients in a single mailing to prevent SPAM.
    
15. Disk storage is limited to 3 MB. Excess storage space can be obtained from GoZOE.COM at current rate, at the time of request.
    
16. You may cancel your account at any time upon PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE to GoZOE.COM at 603 East Grand Ave. Marshall, TX 75670. You will be responsible for any fees incurred up to the date of termination of service.
    
17. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with Terms and Conditions of any order submitted.
    
18. There is information available on our system that is covered by copyright. Unless you have permission from the copyright holder, you are not permitted to redistribute this information to others, including use of this information on radio, television or printed media, such as newspapers, magazines or newsletters.
